UKITF Spring Nationals
​
Congratulations to everyone who competed at Spring Nationals. As a club we made 8 finals, totalled 16 medals and now have national titles in 6 categories. As a result of our success we will be sending 4 people to Finals Day for a shot at joining Team Uk at the upcoming World Championships in July.

Regional Gradings 2025
All grading dates for the year are now set. They will be held in Gedney Victory hall between 1200 and 1400

South East Regional
The next south east regional we will attend as a club will be the 7th of June

2024 European Championships
Mr Pound faced tough competition from some of the best patterns practitioners in Europe in arguably the toughest patterns division at any competition. He secured a second place finish, a fantastic result for him and the region who supported him along the way.
Lone Wolf Additional Training Days
Our additional training evenings for the year are set. We would be grateful for a £10 donation if you are in a position to make it. They consist of 2 hours learning followed by a 1 hour social. Dates, themes and venues are as follows:
21/02/25 - Gedney Victory Hall - Technical Syllabus Run Through
25/04/25 - Saracens Head - Gym based training
20/06/25 - Gedney Victory Hall - Sparring
29/08/25 - Saracens Head - Set Sparring
24/10/25 - Saracens Head - Destruction
21/11/25 - Saracens Head - Special Technique
All sessions will be 1800-2100 inclusive of the social.
