Personal Training

Our lead instructor offers personal training to our members in a fully equipped private studio. The sessions can be martial arts themed or purely strength and conditioning. Following a needs analysis, sessions will be tailored to you.

We firmly believe in being up front and honest about what we offer. All personal trainers will have a particular style. While some are more bodybuilding based, we are more influenced by strength and conditioning methods. We focus on improving performance and in turn, quality of life. We try to keep our PT sessions fun and challenging, just as we do with our Tae Kwon Do classes. We only offer PT to existing Lone Wolf Tae Kwon Do members.

We are also passionate about improving ourselves. As well as being a current international competitor, our lead instructor is a L3 personal trainer, has a HNC in sports, fitness and coaching and has qualifications in strength and conditioning. You can be sure that your sessions will be based on modern, up to date methods.

Sessions cost £30 and last in the region of an hour depending on the session content. Blocks of 10 are available for £250. Bookings can be made straight through the website under the 'Book Now' tab. All payments are made online.

When attending PT or private sessions we request you arrive on time ready to train. Due to sessions sometimes being booked in quick succession please don't arrive too early, there is a 5 minute buffer between sessions to accommodate changeovers. Please also make sure your trainers are clean; some people train barefoot and we like to make sure the floor is always clean for them to do so.
